Our links are a FREE service, but we strive to ensure total accuracy. We have two different sets of links on our site – ATA Members and Non-ATA Members . When filling out the form below, please read the ATA Web Link Policy and click on the "I agree" button next to it to signify your understanding of our policy.  Responses may also be mailed or faxed to the address or fax number above using the PDF version of this form. Requests without the understanding of our links policy acknowledged may not be posted on the site. Also, if you (or your organization) are members of the ATA, please be sure to include your ATA Member Number, which can be found on the address label of your current Topical Time magazine. This will allow us to ensure that your link gets placed with other ATA members. Any submission without an ATA #, or any with inactive/bad numbers, will be added to our non-member page, pending compliance with our policy. All links will be entered exactly as received, so please verify the information before sending this form. If you already have a link on our site and wish it to be removed, please check the “REMOVE” box in the form and tell us how the entry currently reads on the website. We will remove it as quickly as possible, pending verification of the remove request.

Finally, if your website accepts links, please let us know the information you need to link to our site as well. We will be glad to supply the information quickly, including a copy of our current logo (if needed). Thanks for your support!

ATA WEB LINK POLICY

• ALL SUBMISSIONS: No listing will be allowed on the ATA website without prior permission from the American Topical Association. We reserve t he right to remove links without prior notice if they violate this policy.
   

• ATA MEMBERS and AFFILIATE SOCIETIES (including dealers and organizations): You may submit your website address (or URLs) for listing on the ATA Member Links page of our website. You, your company, or your organization must have a currently valid ATA Membership number to be granted a link on this section. Member’s name and ATA number must appear on the page with the listing. Inactive or incorrect numbers will not be included on the AT A Member’s Page, but will be placed on the non-member page, if compliant with all other parts of this policy.
   

• NON-ATA MEMBERS:

  • Any philatelic society, as well as any philatelic publication, is welcome to submit URL's for this page.

  • Anyone is welcome to submit a URL for a philatelic related, topical, non-commercial website for this page. Commercial websites for non-ATA member dealers will NOT be approved.
