Selected study unit - Christmas Philatelic Club

If there is one time of year that the world's population uses the mail service more than any other, it is the holiday season from November through the end of December. Holiday cards are sent back and forth, and postal authorities around the world issue special commemorative stamps each year for the season. The Christmas Philatelic Club was formed in 1969 to help promote the joy of the season through topical collecting year-round. Membership in the Christmas Philatelic Club includes a subscription to the quarterly journal Yule Log, access to auctions and mentorship in creating exhibits related to the topic.
