Membership Directory
The ATA releases a Membership Directory so that its members can connect with other collectors around the world who share their collecting interests. Nearly 1,000 topical codes can be chosen to pinpoint interest areas.
Contents of the ATA Membership Directory are shown at the right. The 2011-13 Membership Directory contains three major sections:
- Codes:
- Hundreds of topical codes listed in alphabetical order, with accompanying code numbers.
- Topics:
- Topics listed in numerical code order. Under each topic is a list of all ATA members who collect stamps related to the topic.
- Members:
- An alphabetical listing of ATA members and the topics each collects. Some members have noncoded topics also—"tiny" topics of specific interest. Many members list contact information, too. The ATA Office routes communications between members who prefer anonymity.
ATA has published a triennial directory since the early 1950s. Members may order the current edition for $9 plus postage ($5 to US/Canada; $11 international). Payment by check or mixed mint US postage—or PayPal or MasterCard/Visa/Discover. Email americantopical@msn.com and your Membership Directory will be in the mail to you by tomorrow!
