WHAT IS A CHAPTER?
American Topical Association Chapters are, in reality, stamp clubs from around the country and
around the world in which three or more members are also members of the ATA. If your club has
at least three ATA members it can become a Chapter and belong to the ATA obtaining Topical Time and
all of the other benefits of membership for just the cost of an individual dues. If, however, your
club has six or more members who belong to the ATA, your Club can become a Chapter at no cost at
all. That's right. Chapters who meet this requirement pay nothing! Contact Dr. Frederick
Skvara (see contact information above), the Director of Chapters (also listed under
officers) and have your club sign up now.
