Four C’s to a good write-up (and, not necessarily in that order):
- Clear
- Complete
- Concise
- Correct
Clear means easy to read and understand, with emphasis on the latter.
Do not pepper your write-ups with jargon unique to your topical interest
and generally not understood by the person on the street.
Complete, in this case, means telling as much of the story as is necessary,
but not everything you know about the subject.
