Please download and print the form, fill in the appropriate blanks and mail it to the address on the
form.

Notice Regarding Use of PayPal Account
If
you have an e-mail address, no matter what country you live in, you can
easily establish a PAYPAL account and transfer funds from your bank to
the American Topical Association. Please go to the PayPal website.
Click on "Sign UP" and follow their instructions. The American Topical
Association, will pay all transaction fees for the money that is
transfered to the ATA. Once your PAYPAL account is established,it is totally secure and you can send your payments to
americantopical@msn.com for membership renewals, checklists, handbooks, ect .
